ShipOnSite ships to many countries through our carrier services as well as through the U.S. Postal Service. However, this are a number of countries that we cannot ship insured packages to as our insurance company does not offer coverage in these areas. Call or ask us in person for more information.

It is worth noting that shipping your packages internationally through the U.S Postal Service are not trackable and therefore not insurable in any instance. Paying for a tracking number does not guarantee that your item will be trackable when it arrives at the destination country.

There may be some instances where a remote surcharge fee may be applied to the shipment of your package. This includes areas inside the continental United States, as well. Call or ask us in person to find out if this fee may apply to your package. Also note that it becomes the responsibility of the recipient to cover any taxes that may be applied to the package being shipped.
