ShipOnSite takes pride in shipping with Federal Express, DHL and UPS. With these well known carriers, we feel confident with our quoted delivery times as well as the claims process, should a package be lost or damaged (not including "acts of God").

Our carriers will ship international packages that are insurable and trackable if ShipOnSite's shipping insurance company covers the destination country and the item being shipped. The U.S Postal Service, for example, can not ship packages that are trackable outside of the United States. When the packages enter the hands of the workers at the destination country it becomes property of that country and is solely dependent on that country's government to arrive at the destination (just as it is in the United States). Since the U.S. Postal Service can no longer track the package it is not insurable.
